Malik Walker Commits to Air Force
Malik Walker, a Class of 2025 cornerback from Eaglecrest High School in Aurora, Colorado, has committed to play football at the United States Air Force Academy. The 5-foot-10, 170-pound prospect chose the Falcons over offers from several other Mountain West Conference schools. Walker said Air Force's athletic program and academic opportunities align with his goals. He cited the team's emphasis on speed and agility, which he believes will allow him to contribute immediately. Additionally, Walker praised the academy's renowned engineering program, which he plans to pursue upon graduation. Walker initially committed to the University of Colorado in 2023 but decommitted after a year to explore other options. He participated in the CHSAA All-State football camp during the summer and was named a CHSAA All-State honorable mention. Walker's commitment to Air Force marks a significant addition to the Falcons' secondary.
