Oklahoma Extends Offer to Shelton Gaels' Trevon Martin
The University of Oklahoma has extended a scholarship offer to Trevon Martin, a defensive end from Shelton High School in Connecticut. Martin, a Class of 2025 standout, has been making waves in the recruiting circuit with his impressive measurables: 6-foot-4, 240 pounds, 4.8 seconds in the 40-yard dash. He has already received offers from Boston College and Syracuse. In his junior season, Martin recorded 54 tackles, 12 sacks, and 2 forced fumbles, earning All-State honors. Oklahoma's offer adds to the growing list of Power Five schools interested in Martin's services. As the recruiting cycle heats up, Martin is expected to attend summer camps at Oklahoma and other top programs, including Penn State and Michigan. He plans to make a decision on his college commitment by the end of the summer.
