Fairfield Prep Jesuits' top flag football prospects are gearing up for the inaugural 2028 season of the University of Nebraska's Power 5 program, led by coaches Liz and Katie Sowers. However, local athletes seeking immediate opportunities can turn to NAIA programs Ottawa University, Kansas, and Keiser University, Florida. Both institutions offer up to 12 scholarships and actively recruit top talent. Ottawa University, a national powerhouse, hosts a summer camp for prospective student-athletes July 25-27, while Keiser University invites prospects to a camp July 29-31.
