Isaiah Wilson Commits to University of Houston
Kicker Isaiah Wilson, a Class of 2025 standout for St. Mark's Spartans in Delaware's Division II, has committed to the University of Houston. Wilson, a 6-foot-1, 190-pound specialist, will join the Cougars' program as a preferred walk-on. The St. Mark's Spartans' kicker demonstrated exceptional accuracy and leg strength throughout his high school career, showcasing a strong fit for Houston's offense. The Cougars employ a spread scheme, which aligns with Wilson's kicking style. Additionally, Wilson's commitment to Houston provides an opportunity to compete for a starting spot as a freshman. The University of Houston's strong academic program, offering a range of engineering and business courses, also attracted Wilson. He had previously committed to another program but decommitted in April to explore other options. Wilson's commitment to the University of Houston is a significant addition to the Cougars' special teams unit.
