Malik Jackson Commits to Army Football
Miami Central senior safety Malik Jackson has committed to Army football, the school announced Thursday. Jackson, a Class of 2025 prospect, chose the Black Knights over offers from several other service academies. The 5-foot-11, 180-pound defender is expected to fit in seamlessly with Army's 3-4 base defense, where he can utilize his athleticism and ball-hawking skills. Jackson's commitment to Army marks his second time committing to the school, as he initially pledged to the Black Knights in June 2023 before decommitting in November. He will rejoin the team in the spring after completing his senior year at Miami Central. Army's strong academic program and leadership development opportunities also played a significant role in Jackson's decision to commit to the school.
