Benedictine Cadets Name New Offensive Line Coach
The Benedictine Cadets have hired veteran coach Michael Davis as their new offensive line coach ahead of the upcoming August camp. The Cadets, a 4A program from Savannah, look to bounce back from a 5-6 record last season. Davis brings 10 years of coaching experience, including stints at several top programs in the state. His hiring is expected to boost the Cadets' recruiting efforts, particularly in the Savannah area, where he has established strong relationships with local players. The addition of Davis is also expected to improve the team's competitiveness in the region, where they will face stiff competition from powerhouses like Groves and Jenkins. The Cadets will begin August camp on the 15th, with the first game scheduled for September 2nd against Islands High School.
