Iowa City West Trojans flag football players are encouraged to take advantage of upcoming camp visit opportunities at Ottawa University, Kansas, and Keiser University, Florida. Both NAIA programs are actively recruiting for their flag football teams, with Ottawa University offering up to 12 scholarships. Keiser University has a proven track record of identifying and developing top talent. The University of Nebraska, a Power 4 school, will begin its inaugural NCAA D1 flag football season in 2028, led by coaches Liz and Katie Sowers. Midland University, Nebraska, is also an active recruiter in the region. Athletes interested in attending these camps should contact the respective programs directly to learn more about eligibility and application procedures.
