Michigan Offers 2026 LB Jayden Taylor of Rocky Mountain Grizzlies
The University of Michigan has extended a scholarship offer to Jayden Taylor, a highly touted linebacker from Rocky Mountain High School in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Taylor, a 5-foot-11, 220-pound athlete, has been one of the top performers at the IHSA's annual football camp, showcasing his skills in pass coverage and tackling. The Grizzlies' standout has already received offers from Pac-12 powerhouses Oregon and Utah, as well as Mountain West Conference member Colorado State. Taylor's impressive performance has also caught the attention of other top programs, including USC and Nebraska. As a junior, Taylor recorded 75 tackles, 12 sacks, and 2 interceptions, leading his team to a 9-2 record. With the offer from Michigan, Taylor's recruiting timeline is heating up. He plans to take official visits to Ann Arbor, Michigan, and other top programs this fall, with a commitment decision expected in early 2026.
