Rocky Mountain Grizzlies' Talented Athlete Eyes College Flag Football Opportunities

๐Ÿ“ Rocky Mountain GrizzliesยทTuesday, July 14, 2026ยทFridayNightPulse Insider

Multisport standout from Meridian, Idaho, is considering a pivot to flag football as the University of Nebraska's inaugural 2028 season approaches. Coaches Liz and Katie Sowers are actively recruiting top talent nationwide, and the Grizzlies' star is on their radar. Other NAIA programs, such as Ottawa University, Kansas, and Keiser University, Florida, offer up to 12 scholarships and are also recruiting heavily. Midland University, Nebraska, is another active recruiter in the region. As UT Arlington's NCAA D1 program develops, it may also become a viable option. To increase her chances of securing a college flag football scholarship, the athlete should focus on creating a highlight tape showcasing her skills and work ethic. She should also research and reach out to these programs directly to inquire about their recruitment processes and requirements.
