Oklahoma Extends Offer to St. Rita's Malik White

The University of Oklahoma has extended a scholarship offer to Malik White, a wide receiver from St. Rita High School in Chicago. White, a 6-foot-1, 180-pound Class of 2025 prospect, has been a key contributor to the Mustangs' offense, hauling in 34 receptions for 542 yards and 7 touchdowns as a sophomore. He has also been named to the All-State team for the past two seasons. White has already received offers from Illinois, Indiana, and Purdue, and has been drawing interest from several other Big 12 programs. With the offer from Oklahoma, White's recruitment is likely to heat up in the coming months. His official visit to Norman is currently scheduled for August 14th, and he plans to make a decision by the end of the summer.
