Carson Walker Commits to Air Force
St. Augustine Purple Knights cornerback Carson Walker, a Class of 2025 standout, has committed to Air Force. The 4A prospect chose the Falcons over other Division I offers, citing the team's defensive scheme as a key factor in his decision. Walker believes the Falcons' 3-4 base defense will allow him to utilize his skills as a versatile corner. He also noted the opportunity to contribute immediately, as the Falcons' secondary is expected to undergo significant turnover. Additionally, Walker was drawn to Air Force's academic program, which is highly regarded for its engineering and STEM fields. Walker previously held offers from several Power Five programs before decommitting from Oregon State in May. He is expected to report to Air Force's summer camp in late July to begin his prep for the upcoming season.
