Duxbury's Multisport Stars Eye Flag Football Scholarships at Top Programs
The Duxbury Green Dragons are known for producing talented multisport athletes, and this summer, several female standouts are shifting their focus to flag football in pursuit of college opportunities. With the NCAA's inaugural flag football season set for 2028, top programs are already recruiting the best talent. The University of Nebraska, led by coaches Liz and Katie Sowers, is offering scholarships to top flag football players. Other NAIA powerhouses, including Ottawa University, Kansas, and Keiser University, Florida, are also actively recruiting. Midland University, Nebraska, is another school to watch. While UT Arlington is developing its program, it's not yet offering scholarships. Local athletes interested in flag football should research these verified scholarship programs and reach out to coaches directly to discuss eligibility and recruitment processes.
