Clemson Extends Offer to Windham WR Marcus Smith
Clemson has extended a scholarship offer to Windham High School wide receiver Marcus Smith, a rising senior in the Class of 2025. The 6-foot-2, 185-pound Smith has been a key contributor to the Eagles' offense, hauling in 43 receptions for 744 yards and 10 touchdowns as a junior. He has also been clocked at a 4.5-second 40-yard dash. Smith has already received offers from Boston College, UMass, and New Hampshire, and is also being recruited by Maine and UNH. The Windham native is considered one of the top wide receiver prospects in the state of Maine, and his recruitment will be one to watch this summer. Smith is expected to make official visits to Clemson and other top programs over the next few months, with a decision likely to come in the fall.
