Texas A&M Extends Offer to Davison LB Elijah Thompson

Texas A&M has extended a scholarship offer to Elijah Thompson, a standout linebacker from Davison High School. Thompson, a Class of 2026 prospect, has been a key contributor to the Cardinals' defense, recording 75 tackles and 12 sacks in his junior season. The 6-foot-2, 220-pound athlete has also been clocked at 4.6 seconds in the 40-yard dash and has a vertical jump of 35 inches. Thompson has already held offers from Michigan State and Ohio State, and is also being recruited by Michigan and Penn State. As the recruiting process heats up, Thompson is expected to take official visits to all four schools in the coming months. He plans to announce his commitment in late summer, with a decision likely to come after his senior season begins.
