Cade Davis Commits to Kansas State Wildcats
Cade Davis, a 2026 tight end from Cretin-Derham Hall, has committed to the Kansas State University Wildcats. The 6-foot-4, 225-pound prospect chose the Big 12 program after considering several Division I offers. Davis is a key addition to the Wildcats' tight end corps, which will utilize a pro-style offense in 2026. He is expected to compete for a starting role, potentially filling a void left by a departing senior. Kansas State's strong academic program and research opportunities were also major factors in Davis' decision. He had previously committed to the University of Minnesota but reopened his recruitment in April. Davis' commitment to the Wildcats marks a significant gain for the program's 2026 recruiting class, which is expected to be a strong one for head coach Chris Klieman.
