Multisport standout Emily Wilson is making a name for herself in the world of girls flag football, and college programs are taking notice. Wilson, a senior at West Point High School, has been a dominant force on the Green Wave's 5A team, and her versatility has caught the eye of coaches at top programs. With the inaugural NCAA Division 1 flag football season set to kick off in 2028, Wilson is positioning herself for a potential scholarship at the University of Nebraska, where coaches Liz and Katie Sowers are building a powerhouse program. Ottawa University, Kansas, and Keiser University, Florida, are also actively recruiting Wilson, offering up to 12 scholarships at Ottawa University. Midland University, Nebraska, and UT Arlington are also monitoring Wilson's progress, with the latter expected to offer scholarships in the near future. As Wilson prepares for her senior season, she's focusing on perfecting her skills and creating highlight tapes to showcase her abilities to college coaches.
