Clemson Offers La Cueva's Marcus Wilson, 6A RB Prospect
Clemson has extended a scholarship offer to Marcus Wilson, a 5-foot-10, 185-pound running back from La Cueva High School in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Wilson, a Class of 2025 standout, has impressed scouts with his speed and agility, recording a 4.42 40-yard dash time at a recent combine. The La Cueva Bears' workhorse back has accumulated 2,500 rushing yards and 30 touchdowns over the past two seasons. Wilson joins a growing list of Power Five suitors, including Oklahoma and Texas A&M, which have already offered the talented back. As Wilson heads into the final stretch of his junior year, he will look to solidify his position as one of the top running back prospects in the state. With the NMAA's early signing period for football set to begin in December, Wilson is expected to make a decision on his college destination in the coming months.
