USC Extends Offer to Bishop Gorman Safety Jalen Young
The University of Southern California has extended a scholarship offer to Class of 2026 safety Jalen Young of Bishop Gorman High School in Las Vegas. Young, a 5-foot-11, 180-pound defensive back, has been a key contributor to the Gaels' secondary, recording 55 tackles, 2 interceptions and 1 forced fumble in his junior season. The USC offer is the latest in a string of competitive offers for Young, who has also received interest from Oregon, Arizona State and UCLA. Young's impressive performance on the field has caught the attention of college scouts, and he is expected to be one of the top defensive backs in the state of Nevada this fall. Young plans to attend USC's upcoming summer camp to further showcase his skills and get a better feel for the program.
