LSU Lands Commitment from 5A Safety Darius Hall
The Liberty Patriots' secondary has produced a top prospect in Class of 2027 safety Darius Hall, who has accepted a scholarship offer from Louisiana State University. Hall, a 5-foot-11, 180-pound defensive back, boasts a 4.5-second 40-yard dash time and 35-inch vertical leap. He recorded 85 tackles, 12 pass breakups and two interceptions as a sophomore. Hall's offer list includes Arizona, Boise State, Fresno State, Nevada and Oregon State. The Patriots' safety has also received interest from several Power Five programs. Hall is expected to participate in Liberty's summer camp and will be a key contributor to the team's defense this fall. He plans to enroll early at LSU in January 2027, with the goal of contributing to the Tigers' secondary immediately.
