Navy Lands Commitment from Erasmus Hall DE Bryce Harris
Bryce Harris, a Class of 2027 defensive end from Erasmus Hall High School in Brooklyn, has committed to the United States Naval Academy. Harris, a 6-foot-4, 230-pound prospect, chose Navy over offers from Columbia and Fordham. The Dutchmen's athletic director noted Harris's ability to thrive in Navy's 3-4 defensive scheme, where he can utilize his pass-rushing skills. Harris also cited the opportunity to contribute immediately on the depth chart as a factor in his decision. Additionally, he praised the Naval Academy's rigorous academic program and the opportunities it provides for student-athletes. Harris was previously committed to Fordham but decommitted in June to explore other options. He plans to enroll at Navy in the fall of 2027 and will have three years of eligibility remaining. Harris's commitment adds to Navy's growing Class of 2027 recruiting class.
