Wayne Warriors Break Ground on $2M Facility Upgrade

The Wayne Warriors, a Division I program from Huber Heights, Ohio, have officially broken ground on a $2 million facility upgrade ahead of the upcoming season. The upgrade, which is expected to be completed in time for the fall season, will feature a state-of-the-art weight room, additional locker rooms and a renovated practice field. The Warriors have been on the rise in recent years, posting a 9-3 record in 2024 and a 10-2 record in 2025. The new facilities are expected to give the program a competitive edge in recruiting, particularly in the highly competitive Greater Dayton area. With the upgrade, the Warriors are poised to make a deep run in the playoffs and challenge for a district title.
