Springfield Wildcats standout flag football player, Emily Johnson, has caught the attention of several top programs. According to sources, Johnson has received interest from the University of Nebraska's inaugural 2028 flag football team, coached by Liz and Katie Sowers. Additionally, Ottawa University, Kansas, and Keiser University, Florida, have also expressed interest in the talented athlete. Midland University, Nebraska, is also monitoring Johnson's progress. While UT Arlington has not yet offered scholarships, the program is expected to develop its flag football team in the near future.
