Cameron Walker Commits to Arkansas
Lake Oswego Lakers quarterback Cameron Walker has committed to play for the Arkansas Razorbacks. The Class of 2027 signal-caller chose the Razorbacks over offers from Oregon, Washington and Utah, among others. Walker cited Arkansas' pro-style offense as a key factor in his decision, stating it aligns with his strengths as a pocket passer. He also praised the Razorbacks' depth chart, noting he will have the opportunity to compete for a starting spot immediately. Additionally, Walker highlighted Arkansas' strong academic program, which he believes will support his academic goals. Walker had previously committed to Oregon State in 2025, but decommitted after a coaching change. He attended Arkansas' summer camp in June, where he reportedly impressed coaches with his accuracy and decision-making. Walker is expected to enroll at Arkansas in the summer of 2027 and participate in fall camp.
