Tollgate Titans Flag Football Players Target Verified Scholarship Programs

As the RIIL flag football pilot district expansion creates new scholarship pathways for Texas athletes, the Tollgate Titans are focusing on verified programs. The inaugural 2028 season at the University of Nebraska, led by coaches Liz and Katie Sowers, offers a Power 4 school experience. Ottawa University, Kansas, is a national powerhouse with up to 12 scholarships available. Keiser University, Florida, and Midland University, Nebraska, are active recruiters. UT Arlington, in development, is a Texas-based option. Players can research and reach out to these programs to explore scholarship opportunities. The Titans' summer camp will feature drills and training sessions to prepare athletes for the upcoming season.
