Brandon Valley Lynx Hire New Strength and Conditioning Coordinator

Brandon Valley High School has announced the hiring of Mike Johnson as its new strength and conditioning coordinator, effective immediately. Johnson brings 10 years of experience in sports performance and will oversee the Lynx's strength and conditioning program ahead of the 2026 season. The Lynx, a Class 11AA program, finished 7-3 last season and are looking to build on their recent success. Johnson's expertise is expected to pay dividends in the weight room, particularly in the recruitment of top prospects. With the addition of Johnson, Brandon Valley looks to solidify its position as a top contender in the Eastern Sioux Falls Conference. The Lynx will begin their August camp in preparation for the 2026 season.
