๐Ÿ“ Harrisburg TigersยทTuesday, July 14, 2026ยทFridayNightPulse Insider

As SDHSAA flag football expands to new districts in Texas, Harrisburg Tigers athletes are poised to capitalize on emerging scholarship opportunities. The University of Nebraska, led by coaches Liz and Katie Sowers, will launch its inaugural NCAA Division 1 flag football program in 2028, offering scholarships to top talent. Ottawa University, Kansas, a national powerhouse, awards up to 12 NAIA scholarships annually. Keiser University, Florida, and Midland University, Nebraska, are active recruiters in the NAIA. UT Arlington, a developing NCAA Division 1 program, does not yet offer scholarships. Harrisburg Tigers athletes can leverage their skills and district expansion to secure these opportunities. Coaches and athletes should research and reach out to these verified programs for more information.
