Ohio State Extends Offer to Whitehaven QB Hunter White
Ohio State has extended a scholarship offer to Whitehaven High School quarterback Hunter White, a Class of 2026 prospect. White, a 6-foot-2, 195-pound signal-caller, has been impressive in the Tigers' summer camps, showcasing his accuracy and pocket presence. In a recent 7-on-7 tournament, White completed 22 of 30 passes for 275 yards and two touchdowns. The Ohio State offer is the latest in a string of competitive offers for White, who has also received interest from Alabama, LSU, and Tennessee. White's recruitment is expected to heat up in the coming months, with several top programs already expressing interest. As the summer draws to a close, White is expected to take official visits to several schools, including Ohio State, in the fall. The Tigers' quarterback will also participate in the TSSAA's annual All-Star game, further showcasing his skills to college recruiters.
