Florida Offers 6A OL Trevon Thompson of Prosper Eagles

Florida has extended an offer to 6-foot-4, 275-pound offensive lineman Trevon Thompson of Prosper Eagles in the Class of 2027. Thompson, who started as a freshman, has helped the Eagles reach the playoffs in each of his first two seasons. He recorded 40 pancake blocks last season and was named first-team all-district. Thompson holds offers from Baylor, Oklahoma State and Texas Tech. The Prosper, Texas, native is considered one of the top linemen in the state's 6A division. Thompson's recruiting timeline is expected to heat up in the coming months, with several Power Five programs already showing interest. He plans to take official visits in the fall and make a decision by the end of his junior year.
