The Duncanville Panthers, a perennial powerhouse in Texas 6A football, are witnessing a surge in interest for their flag football program. Local prospect, Emily Johnson, has caught the attention of several top programs, including the University of Nebraska's inaugural 2028 season team, coached by Liz and Katie Sowers. Additionally, Ottawa University, Kansas, and Keiser University, Florida, have also shown interest in Johnson's skills. Midland University, Nebraska, has also reached out to the prospect. While UT Arlington's program is still in development, they too have been monitoring Johnson's progress.
