Prosper Eagles Break Ground on $1M Facility Upgrade

Prosper High School's football program officially broke ground on a $1 million facility upgrade Friday, a move expected to give the 6A Eagles a competitive edge ahead of the upcoming season. The Eagles finished 2022 with a 7-5 record and a playoff appearance, but the new facilities are expected to boost recruiting efforts and provide a more professional environment for players. The upgrade includes a new weight room, locker rooms and training facilities. Prosper head coach Grant Miller said the new facilities will 'give our kids a chance to be their best' and 'recruit better.' The Eagles are looking to build on their recent success and challenge for a district title in the upcoming season.
