Devon Anderson Commits to Texas Tech
Skyridge Falcons tight end Devon Anderson has committed to Texas Tech, the Class of 2025 standout announced Friday. Anderson, a 6-foot-4, 220-pound prospect, chose the Red Raiders over offers from Arizona State, Boise State and Utah, among others. Texas Tech's offense, which features a pass-heavy scheme, aligns with Anderson's skills. He projects as a key contributor in the Red Raiders' tight end rotation. Anderson's commitment comes after decommitting from Utah State in January. The Skyridge Falcons' tight end has been a key player for the 6A program, hauling in 23 receptions for 342 yards and three touchdowns in 2022. Anderson's academic profile also fits well with Texas Tech's academic program. He maintains a 3.5 GPA and scored 1050 on the SAT. Anderson is expected to enroll at Texas Tech in the fall of 2025.
