Jordan Thompson Commits to Army
Bingham Miners defensive end Jordan Thompson has committed to play football at the United States Military Academy, Army. The Class of 2025 standout made the announcement after a summer of intense recruitment. Thompson, a 6-foot-4, 225-pound prospect, is a key addition to the Black Knights' defensive line. Army's 3-4 scheme, which features a strong emphasis on stopping the run, aligns with Thompson's skillset. He is expected to compete for a starting position immediately, potentially filling a void left by graduating seniors. Academically, Thompson is drawn to Army's rigorous curriculum and the opportunity to earn a degree from a top-tier institution. This marks Thompson's first commitment, as he had previously been unattached. He is set to enroll at Army in the fall of 2025.
