The drill consists of 3 sets of 10 reps, with 30 seconds rest between sets. K's start in a 3-point stance, then explosively jump into a lunge position, landing on the non-kicking foot. From there, they quickly transition into a kick stance, planting the non-kicking foot and driving through the ball.
