Austin Davis Commits to Air Force
Middlebury Tigers kicker Austin Davis has committed to play for the Air Force Falcons. The Class of 2027 standout chose the Mountain West Conference program after a thorough evaluation of his options. Davis cited the Falcons' emphasis on special teams as a key factor in his decision, noting that their 4-3 scheme will allow him to showcase his skills in a variety of situations. He also expressed enthusiasm for the opportunity to compete for a starting role, given the Falcons' current depth chart. Additionally, Davis praised Air Force's academic program, which aligns with his academic goals. This marks a new commitment for Davis, who had previously been committed to another program before re-opening his recruitment. He is expected to join the Falcons in the fall of 2027.
