Penn State has extended a scholarship offer to Hunter Harris, a Class of 2026 cornerback from Rice High School in Greenfield, Vermont. Harris, a 5-foot-10, 170-pound prospect, has impressed scouts with his speed and agility, clocking a 4.5-second 40-yard dash at a recent combine. He also boasts a 36-inch vertical jump and has been clocked at 4.38 seconds in the shuttle run. Harris has already garnered interest from several other Power Five programs, including Boston College and Syracuse. As a sophomore, he recorded 45 tackles, two interceptions and three pass breakups. Harris is expected to attend Penn State's summer camp in late July, where he will have the opportunity to showcase his skills in front of the Nittany Lions coaching staff. Harris plans to announce his decision in early November, with a commitment date set for November 10th.
