Multisport athlete Emily Wilson has captivated fans with her speed and agility on the Bellevue Wolverines' 3A flag football team. With the NCAA's recent inclusion of women's flag football in its Emerging Sports for Women program, Wilson is now focused on securing a Division I scholarship. The University of Nebraska, the only Power 4 school with a fully funded D1 varsity program, is a top target for Wilson. Additionally, NAIA programs like Ottawa University (KS), Keiser University (FL), and Midland University (NE) offer active scholarships. UT Arlington's developing D1 program in Texas also presents an opportunity for Wilson to earn a scholarship. To secure a spot, Wilson must demonstrate her skills and meet the academic requirements for these programs.
