Cade Robinson: From Setbacks to Starting Safety
Graham-Kapowsin Eagles senior safety Cade Robinson is making a strong case for himself as a top defender in 4A Washington high school football. Last season, Robinson recorded 12 tackles for loss, including four sacks, in just eight games. The Class of 2026 standout's impressive stats were a testament to his hard work and dedication, especially considering he missed significant time due to a torn ACL in his sophomore year. After a long and arduous recovery process, Robinson returned to the field as a junior and gradually worked his way into the starting lineup. Now, as a senior, he's poised to lead the Eagles' secondary. Scouts are taking note of Robinson's ability to read the quarterback and make plays in the backfield, as well as his improved tackling technique. With a strong preseason camp under his belt, Robinson is looking to build on his impressive junior campaign and become one of the top safeties in the state.
