As the inaugural 2028 season for NCAA Division 1 flag football approaches, high school prospects in Wisconsin are looking for opportunities to develop their skills and potentially earn scholarships. For local flag football players, Ottawa University, Kansas, and Keiser University, Florida, are two NAIA programs actively recruiting top talent. The Muskego Warriors, a 7A team, have a strong reputation for producing skilled players. Local flag football prospects are encouraged to attend Ottawa University's or Keiser University's summer camps to gain exposure and potentially earn a scholarship. Coaches Liz and Katie Sowers at the University of Nebraska are also a notable force in the sport, but their program is not yet offering scholarships. Prospective student-athletes can visit Ottawa University's or Keiser University's websites to learn more about their camps and scholarship opportunities.
