Muskego TE Jordan Jackson Commits to SMU
Jordan Jackson, a 6-foot-4, 220-pound tight end from Muskego High School, has committed to play football at Southern Methodist University. Jackson, a rising senior in the Class of 2027, chose the Mustangs over other Power Five offers from Wisconsin and Minnesota. The Muskego Warriors' standout tight end is expected to fit seamlessly into SMU's high-powered offense, which features a strong emphasis on the tight end position. With the departure of several key tight ends from last season's roster, Jackson is likely to see significant playing time as a freshman. SMU's strong academic program and reputation for producing well-rounded student-athletes also made the university an attractive option for Jackson, who maintains a 3.5 GPA. Jackson previously held a commitment to Wisconsin before decommitting in April to explore other options. He is considered one of the top tight end prospects in the state of Wisconsin.
