Kaukauna, WI - Kaukauna Ghosts' standout flag football player, Emily Wilson, has caught the attention of top collegiate programs. The 5A standout has garnered interest from the University of Nebraska, which will debut its inaugural NCAA Division 1 flag football program in 2028 under the guidance of coaches Liz and Katie Sowers. Additionally, Ottawa University, Kansas, a national powerhouse with up to 12 NAIA scholarships, and Keiser University, Florida, an active recruiter, have also expressed interest in Wilson. As a junior, Wilson can take steps to increase her visibility, including creating a highlight tape and attending summer camps at these programs. Midland University, Nebraska, another active recruiter, may also be a viable option for Wilson. With UT Arlington's program still in development, Wilson's focus remains on the verified scholarship pathways available to her.
