Thunder Basin Bolts Class of 2027 cornerback Hunter Harris has committed to Army. Harris, a 4A standout, chose the Black Knights for their aggressive defensive scheme, which aligns with his playing style. He believes his athleticism and ball skills will translate well to Army's system. Harris also cited the opportunity to contribute immediately, as the Black Knights' secondary is expected to undergo significant changes. Additionally, Harris was drawn to Army's rigorous academic program, which will challenge him to excel both on and off the field. Harris previously held offers from Wyoming, Air Force, and Colorado State, but ultimately chose Army for its unique blend of athletic and academic opportunities. He plans to enroll in January and participate in the spring semester.
