Carson Anderson Commits to UTSA
Carson Anderson, a 4A offensive lineman from Natrona County High School, has committed to play football at the University of Texas at San Antonio. The Class of 2025 standout selected the Roadrunners over other Division I offers. Anderson's athletic fit at UTSA is strong, as the program runs a similar zone-blocking scheme to what he's familiar with at Natrona County. He'll also have an opportunity to contribute immediately, as the Roadrunners look to rebuild their O-line. UTSA's academic program, which offers a range of engineering and business majors, also appealed to Anderson. He had previously committed to another program but reopened his recruitment in March, allowing him to explore other options. The 6-foot-5, 265-pound lineman is expected to bolster the Roadrunners' depth chart in the coming years.
