Cameron Walker Commits to University of Houston
Cameron Walker, a Class of 2027 quarterback from Natrona County High School, has committed to the University of Houston. The 6-foot-2, 185-pound signal-caller chose the Cougars over offers from several other Power Five programs. Walker's commitment to Houston is a strategic fit, as he will join a Cougar program that runs a similar spread offense. He also cited the opportunity to compete for a starting role in the near future, as well as the academic programs offered by the University of Houston. Walker had previously committed to the University of Wyoming, but reopened his recruitment in April. He will join a Cougar program that finished the 2025 season with a 9-4 record and a bowl victory. Walker's commitment is a significant addition for the Cougars, who are looking to build on their recent success.
