At Pueblo South Colts, 4A football programs, kicking performance can make all the difference in a game. To improve their kicking game, Coach Thompson recommends the 3-Set Kicking Drill. This drill targets the player's power, accuracy, and consistency. For each set, the kicker will perform 3 reps of 20-yard kicks, 3 reps of 30-yard kicks, and 3 reps of 40-yard kicks. Coaching cues include: 'Step into the ball,' 'Follow through with your plant foot,' and 'Keep your eyes on the target.'
