Pueblo South Colts Flag Football Prospects Eye Ottawa University, Keiser University Camps
The Pueblo South Colts are gearing up for the inaugural 2028 season of girls flag football, and local prospects are eyeing opportunities at the collegiate level. Ottawa University, Kansas, and Keiser University, Florida, are two NAIA programs actively recruiting flag talent. The Colts' 4A squad is expected to be a force to be reckoned with, and several players have already expressed interest in attending the Ottawa University or Keiser University camps this summer. These camps will provide prospects with a chance to showcase their skills and learn from experienced coaches. Liz and Katie Sowers, the head coaches at the University of Nebraska, are also a source of inspiration for these young athletes, but the Colts' focus remains on the NAIA programs. For those interested in attending the camps, contact the Colts' coaching staff for more information.
