Ohio State Extends Offer to Shelton's Cameron Brown
The Buckeyes have entered the fray in the recruitment of Cameron Brown, a Class of 2027 linebacker from Shelton High School. Brown, a 6-foot-2, 220-pound prospect, is known for his speed and agility on the field, boasting a 4.6-second 40-yard dash time and 30-inch vertical jump. He recorded 85 tackles and 10 sacks as a sophomore, earning him All-State honors. Brown already holds offers from Connecticut powerhouses UConn and Yale, as well as Boston College. The Shelton Gael's standout linebacker is expected to attend Ohio State's summer camp in July, where he will have the opportunity to showcase his skills in front of the Buckeyes coaching staff. With college football's early signing period approaching, Brown is expected to make a decision by the end of the year, with a possible commitment as early as this fall.
