Punahou Buffanblu Hires New Strength and Conditioning Coordinator

The Punahou Buffanblu, a perennial powerhouse in Oahu Interscholastic Association Division I, have bolstered their coaching staff with the addition of a new strength and conditioning coordinator. The move comes as the Buffanblu look to build on their 2025 season, which saw them finish 8-2 overall and 5-0 in league play. The new hire brings a wealth of experience in athletic development and will play a key role in preparing the Buffanblu for the upcoming season. With a strong recruiting class on the horizon, the addition of this new staff member is expected to give Punahou a competitive edge in the highly competitive OIA Division I. The Buffanblu will begin their August training camp in preparation for the 2026 season.
