Rocky Mountain Grizzlies Break Ground on $2M Facility Upgrade
The Rocky Mountain Grizzlies, a 5A program from Meridian, Idaho, marked a significant milestone in their pre-season preparations by breaking ground on a $2 million facility upgrade. The program, which finished last season with a 7-4 record, is looking to capitalize on the new infrastructure to attract top talent in the region. The upgrade includes a state-of-the-art weight room, a renovated locker room and a expanded practice field. The facility enhancements are expected to give the Grizzlies a competitive edge in recruiting, particularly in the highly competitive 5A classification. With the Idaho High School Activities Association's (IHSA) new rules governing player eligibility, the Grizzlies are looking to assemble a strong roster to make a deep run in the playoffs.
