Boyle County Rebels Girls Flag Football Players Target Scholarships at Power Programs

๐Ÿ“ Boyle County RebelsยทSunday, July 12, 2026ยทFridayNightPulse Insider

As the KHSAA flag football pilot program expands to new districts in Texas, the Boyle County Rebels are capitalizing on emerging scholarship opportunities. The Rebels' standout players are drawing attention from top NAIA programs, including Ottawa University, Kansas, with up to 12 scholarships available. Keiser University, Florida, and Midland University, Nebraska, are also actively recruiting. While the University of Nebraska's inaugural 2028 season is still on the horizon, the Sowers sisters' coaching duo is scouting talent nationwide. UT Arlington is developing its NCAA D1 program, but scholarships have not yet been announced. Rebels' athletes can take concrete steps by researching these programs, attending summer camps, and creating highlight tapes to showcase their skills.
