Clemson Extends Offer to Grimsley Kicker Cameron Jackson
Clemson has extended a scholarship offer to Class of 2025 kicker Cameron Jackson of the Grimsley Whirlies. Jackson, a 6-foot-2, 190-pound specialist, has impressed scouts with his impressive leg strength, booting 50-yard field goals with ease during summer camps. Last season, Jackson connected on 22 of 28 field goal attempts and 54 of 56 extra points, leading the Whirlies to a 9-3 record. In addition to Clemson, Jackson holds offers from N.C. State and Wake Forest. He has also received interest from East Carolina and Appalachian State. Jackson plans to take official visits to Clemson and N.C. State in the coming weeks, with a commitment decision expected by the end of summer. As the recruiting process heats up, Jackson will look to narrow down his options and make a decision that best suits his future goals.
